Thank you Harco and Benni (and Gil,
the English breakfast Lady for all the priceless bits
of information on the village) for a memorable and
most pleasant stay in Sella. What a luxurious way
to spend a climbing holiday.
Your place offered us everything one could desire
in the way of comfort, freedom to go to the fridge
when ever we liked a.s.o.
Your little establishment must come close to an ideal
place to stay. You have come far in developing the
place and making little improvements in a fascinating
proces, that one cant help participating in.
You spread an athmosphere of free thinking and tolerance
and friendliness, seldom seen better. I only hope
you keep up the good work and dont tire of the project
ever. Yours is a place to visit again and again. When
you travel a lot you look out for places you connect
to and that become one of the many homes in your life.
This is such a place.
Every day we four climbers, baked by the sun, tried
by the good rock and blue sea, looked forward to getting
back for a relax on the terrace. With everything the
heart can desire in the way of drinks and munchies
we would watch the sun go down. Later we would amble
on down the steep passageways for some dinner.
There were two possibilities at the time: either
Toni's high class establishment or the more local
feeling Bar Casino on the square.We can especially
recommend The Casino for its fantastic service and
attention and for the very Spanish food and tapas.
Gives you a chance to feel "local" too,
as every one from the village seem to spend a great
deal of their free time here. And their sense of humor!
And do taste their Honey and Torros brandies.
Beware! We will be back!!
