What is wrong with beach holidays?

This question Ramses asked us last week at breakfast, and it made us think about our promotion.

The answer to this question is obvious, we realized that we are so focused on promoting active holidays that we sometimes forget to mention the option of a relaxing holiday at the beach.
And even so many of our regular guests choose such a relaxing holiday in Sella.

Ramses and Christine know exactly why. They are regular guests of Villa Pico since 2003 and did all the possible excursions at the Costa Blanca and they keep coming back.
Now, at their tenth visit, once more they have spent much time on the beach of Villajoyosa, near Sella.

The Costa Blanca beaches combined with a Spanish village. Come live with the Spaniards!

The facilities at the busy coast are very good but the quiet village life after a day at the beach is the big plus. What a great opportunity to be able to live in these two worlds in a single day.
After a day at the beach drive back home and have a gin tonic at Bar Paco at the Plaza Mayor, a tapas dinner at Mari Amparo or dinner at Toni and Isa. It is such a difference from the mass tourism at the coast. And everywhere you are recognized and the people of the village friendly salute you. palmbomen en ligbedden

Just relax.....enjoy and keep coming back to Sella!

Relax on a deckchair at the Villajoyosa beach, have lunch at Le Cabanon and have a drink on the beach, you do not need anything else.
The two weeks have passed so quickly and yet we feel we have been very active. The beach days were alternated with visits to Valencia and Alicante.
And we did the walk to the Buddhists valley and the walk to Relleu.

We will keep coming back, Ramses and Christine told us. For us a holday in Villa Pico is a beach holiday with a special charm and character. Spanish charm, and we can't get enough of it!
